Shipping Information

Learn about our shipping timelines, delivery process, charges, and important guidelines for a smooth ordering experience.

To ensure maximum freshness and quality, we do not stock products in bulk. Orders are prepared based on availability and will be shipped within 2–3 working days from the date of order.

Delivery timelines may vary based on the courier partner’s operations.

During peak festive seasons, shipment and delivery times may be longer due to high order volume, stock shortages, or courier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Any delay or non-delivery caused by incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Once shipped, customers can track their orders using the tracking number provided at the time of dispatch. Delivery schedules depend on the respective courier company’s policies.

Refunds or replacements will follow our official Cancellation and Refund Policy. If products arrive damaged due to courier mishandling, please email detailed photographs and order information immediately toorders@halwaking.com|gm@thekingsgroup.in. After review, we will determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.

All products are shipped well within their expiry date. If shipping delays cause the product to deteriorate, we will either resend the items or issue a refund based on customer preference. No other claims will be accepted.

Address change requests will be accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the shipment is in transit, the delivery location cannot be modified or cancelled. Customers must ensure the accuracy of the delivery address provided in the order confirmation email.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are as follows:
₹40 per kg within Tamil Nadu
₹60 per kg for South India

Orders above ₹3000 qualify for free shipping.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently unavailable.
